Arrow Academy schools have implemented social contracts as part of the Capturing Kids' Hearts program. Social contracts are implemented into each campus classroom and are created by its inhabitants: the students. At the beginning of each year, the students, moderated by the teacher, create a list of classroom expectations to abide by. Additionally, the students create a list of ways to rectify the situation should they make a mistake.

 

Each student and visitor to the classroom is invited to sign the social contract and be held by the standards set by the students.
